Starting Jan. 4th, we request a 3 week notice on all orders.   USPS is changing their shipping policies and we need to allow more time for shipping.  All orders with less notice and will be considered rush jobs.  Please email for rush pricing.
   

Here is some basic information you should know before ordering your banners.

We are selling a product and we must charge sales tax.  When you are billed for your order, please know that it will reflect the sales tax for your area.

After you submit order, we will contact you with a total.

We take Credit cards and Money orders only.


We do not start any banners until full payment is made.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

Banner orders must be ordered at least 3 weeks before pageant date.  If its a big order or you have a special logo on the shoulder, we require 5 weeks notice.
Big orders are 30 or more banners.

Orders that do not give us a 3 week notice will be considered "rush job" and those fees are as follows:

Banners ordered less than 3 weeks before pageant -- $19.00 each

Banners ordered less than 2 weeks before pageant -- $22.00 each

Banners ordered one week before pageant -- $25 each

We do enforce this because we have many orders weekly and have to designate our time to those orders first.
  
Please let us know what inset color you want,
that's the middle of the banner.
Please let us know the border color,
the outside color of the banner.
Please let us know thread color.
Please let us know if you want a script font or block font.
We try to match your colors as close as possible.
We do add Velcro for easy on and off.

Please make sure you spell your words correctly .
We embroider what you type on your order.
If you misspell a word, your banners will reflect that.

Prices are as follows:
2 color heavy bridal satin with med. stabilizer,
crown on shoulder, with your wording , $15.00

The banners with flags, roses, logos, emblems , etc, start at $15.00 each.  We can digitize your logo for a one time set up fee.  Banners with a metallic crown are $17.00.
Metallic threads are more expensive.

We can also make cute theme banners.  They start at $15.00 each.  The kids love them! Example  Order a candy cane at the shoulder area with candy cane border material.
We want your banners to be special.  Email with your designs and we will do our best to make your banner come to life!

We ship all sashes out in time so that you get them before your event.  We will not be held responsible for mistakes that DHL or UPS makes in shipping.  If we ship overnight, we expect it to arrive overnight.  If we ship 2 day air, we expect it to arrive in 2 days.  We do not have shipping problems often but realize that it can occur.
